Frankfurt am Main, 24. März 2011 – Die Internos GmbH hat für einen von ihr betreuten Einzelhandelsimmobilienfonds rund 700 m² Einzelhandelsfläche in einem Fachmarktzentrum im bayrischen Königsbrunn an einen Biomarkt vermietet. Der Mieter ist ein Tochterunternehmen der dennree GmbH, Töpen, die nach eigenen Angaben mehr als 50 Biomärkte in West- und Süddeutschland sowie in Österreich betreibt. Für den Mietvertrag wurde eine Laufzeit von rund 10 Jahren vereinbart.
Das Fachmarktzentrum in Königsbrunn verfügt über eine Gesamtfläche von 2.800 m² und gehört zum Immobilienportfolio des German Retail Partnership Fund 1 (GRP-1-Fonds). Der 2007 aufgelegte Einzelhandelsfonds umfasst 64 Fachmarkt- und Nahversorgungszentren in Deutschland im Gesamtwert von ca. 178 Mio. Euro.

Organic supermarket leases 700 sq.m. at specialist store center in Königsbrunn
Frankfurt am Main, March 24, 2011 – Internos GmbH has leased around 700 sq.m. of retail space at a specialist store center in Königsbrunn (Bavaria) to an organic supermarket on behalf of a retail property fund it manages. The lessee is a subsidiary of dennree GmbH, Töpen, which, according to its own data, operates more than 50 organic supermarkets in Western and Southern Germany as well as in Austria. The lease has been agreed for a 10-year term.
The specialist store center in Königsbrunn, which offers space totaling 2,800 sq.m., forms part of the real estate portfolio of German Retail Partnership Fund 1 (GRP-1 Fund). Set up in 2007, this retail property fund comprises 64 specialist store and local shopping centers in Germany valued at a total of 178 million euros.
