Frankfurt/Mainz, 30. März 2011 – Die PAMERA Asset Management GmbH hat im Namen der Eigentümerin Quadra Volkspark-Mainz S.à.r.l. in der Mainzer Büroimmobilie »Parkside« insgesamt 2.650 m² vermietet.
Neue Mieter sind die Berufsgenossenschaft Rohstoffe und chemische Industrie (BG RCI) und die Berufsgenossenschaft Nahrungsmittel und Gastgewerbe (BGN), deren Mainzer Verwaltungssitz in der Lortzingstraße umfassend saniert wird.
Die Büroimmobilie »Parkside« in der Göttelmannstraße 17 verfügt über eine Gesamtmietfläche von rund 6.800 m² und ist damit nun zu 94 % vermietet.

PAMERA leases 2,650 sq.m. at Parkside in Mainz
Frankfurt/Mainz, 30 March 2011 – PAMERA Asset Management GmbH has leased a total of 2,650 sq.m. in the »Parkside« office property in Mainz on behalf of the property’s owner, Quadra Volkspark-Mainz S.à.r.l.
The new tenants are the Berufsgenossenschaft Rohstoffe und chemische Industrie (Statutory Accident Insurance Body for the Raw Material and Chemical Industries) and the Berufsgenossenschaft Nahrungsmittel und Gastgewerbe (Statutory Accident Insurance Body for the Food and Catering Industries), whose administrative headquarters in Lortzingstraße in Mainz are to undergo extensive refurbishment.
This means that 94% of the »Parkside« office property in Göttelmannstraße 17, which has total leasable space of around 6,800 sq.m., has now been leased.
The deals were brokered by real estate agents Michael Pfeifer Immobilien.
