Frankfurt am Main, 18. März 2011 – Die Internos GmbH hat für den von ihr betreuten Büroimmobilien-Fonds German Office Partnership (GO) einen Mietvertrag über ca. 800 m² im Airport City Center in Bremen abgeschlossen. Mieter ist ein regional tätiges Ingenieurbüro, das auf Planung und Durchführung von Arbeiten im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausstattung spezialisiert ist. Der Mietvertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 10 Jahren.
Das Airport City Center am Bremer Flughafen hat eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 28.000 m². 2006 wurde der Gebäudekomplex für den GO-Fonds erworben, der in Multi-Tenant-Immobilien an regionalen Bürostandorten in Deutschland investiert. Zum GO-Fonds gehören 7 Immobilien im Gesamtwert von 100 Mio. Euro.

Frankfurt am Main, March 18, 2011 – Internos GmbH has signed a lease for around 800 sq.m. of space at Airport City Center in Bremen on behalf of the office property fund German Office Partnership (GO). The lessee is a regional firm of engineers specializing in planning and implementing technical building equipment work. The lease has been agreed for a term of 10 years.
The Airport City Center at Bremen“s airport has space totaling around 28,000 sq.m. The complex of buildings was acquired for the GO fund in 2006. The fund, which invests in multi-tenant properties at regional office locations in Germany, includes 7 properties with a total value of 100 million euros.
